School Crossing Patrols at Risk and quick updates
SNP and Labour decided to remove some vacant school crossing patroller posts and review all the others.
The Liberal Democrats voted against this cut because we think that children's safety is vitally important, and all the school crossing patrollers do a very important job.
We are very concerned that the review will lead to the loss of many, maybe all, the school crossing patrollers. We will continue to oppose the loss of school crossing patrollers.
