This week, data from the House of Commons library showed that there are 6,650 WASPI women in Mid Dunbartonshire. The UK Government must change course and not abandon them.
My Lib Dem colleagues and I will continue to fight for the WASPI women, to make sure they get what they deserve.
I was delighted to join Atlas Fitness to kick off 2025 with their bootcamp. Mental health is as important as physical health and welcoming a business to our community that prioritises both is a real pleasure.
Both the Scottish and UK Governments should learn from Atlas Fitness and commit to ending the mental health crisis with proper investment and service provision for all.

With the Scottish Budget coming up, I'm calling on the Scottish Government to use the money it gets from the UK Government to build a new health and care centre for Milngavie and Bearsden.
It has already taken years too long since the need for a new, modern health hub was recognised.

I was interested to hear about the Global Combat Air Programme in Westminster. GPAP not only secures the UK but also develops world beating technology and provides jobs in Scotland.
Since the National Lottery was founded in 1994, Mid Dunbartonshire has received more than £19 million in funding from them and hundreds of projects have received their support.
I am grateful to the National Lottery for everything they have helped deliver our community.
